and my team and I will respond within two business days.

If your timeline is urgent, reply to the confirmation email and please let me know!

4. Does this create legal exposure for us?
It's a reasonable question in the current climate, and worth raising with your own counsel. What I can tell you is that my work produces survey data about how your staff experience the workplace, not a written audit of your policies or personnel records. My sessions are built to bring people in rather than single anyone out, and I'm glad to walk your leadership or legal team through the content before we begin. However, I’m not an attorney and don't offer legal advice.

3. How far ahead should we plan?
Two to three months of lead time is comfortable for a full program. Assessments and workshops need less. A strategy session can usually happen within two weeks. If your timeline is tighter, please let me know.

2. What does it cost?
Engagements range from a single strategy session to multi-month programs, priced according to your size and the scope of the project. I'll share a proposal after our initial conversation.

1. What happens after I reach out?
I'll email you within two business days to schedule a conversation. That first call runs thirty minutes and costs nothing. I'll ask what's happening in your organization, what you've already tried, and what you desire to change. If I'm the right person for the work, I'll follow up with a proposal. If I'm not, I'll say so and point you toward someone better suited.

For a full program, a workgroup of up to six people drawn from different levels of the organization, and meaningful participation from your executive leadership.

3. Is what we discuss confidential?
Yes. Assessment data, what's said in sessions, and anything you share with me stays between us unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

2. You're based in Mexico. Does that complicate anything?
Not in practice. I keep U.S. business hours and travel for on-site work.

1. Do you work virtually or on site?
Both. Most consulting, mediation, and assessment work happens virtually. Workshops and facilitation work either way, and I travel to the United States regularly.
