My work sits at the intersection of environmentalism, identity, power, and leadership and my approach rests on a simple truth that systems are created and sustained by people.
I built my consultancy, Cream City Conservation, into a Certified B Corp and a Best for the World honoree, and I've served on climate and water-equity task forces working to make the environmental field look more like the communities it serves.
I lead every engagement myself and bring in a trusted team of facilitators when the work calls for it.
