Culture assessments, the J.E.D.I. Learning Program, fractional people leadership, workshops, and speaking engagements
for your organization
Some organizations come to me because they know exactly what's no longer working amongst their staff. Some can feel that something is off but they can't name it yet. And sometimes leadership comes to me because they’re under pressure to act and don't want to make matters worse.
Wherever you're starting, the work requires an honest look at how your organization operates, and a plan your people build and carry forward.
I bring you the evidence, the language, and the structure to create an equitable workplace so that by the end of our engagement, you’ll have a plan to execute. One that transforms your organization into a place that your people feel proud to be a part of because they feel seen, heard, and supported.
Consulting, mediation, and education for organizations, and restorative work for the people leading them.

A brief overview of each offer so you can assess what you need:
Also included: Pre-program planning, organization-wide culture assessment and analysis, eight months of learning access post engagement, coaching sessions with your workgroup, office hours, leadership check-ins, roadmap creation, and a two-month post-program follow-up.
Your workgroup co-creates a living internal workplan with named owners, timelines, and status, and a public-facing roadmap that puts your commitments on the record so the entire workforce is engaged.
The goal isn’t to have an “outsider” come in and create a plan, but for those who are impacted by the work create a plan that they can champion and carry forward.
You’ll receive access to a sequential workshop series that builds shared language across your team, so a conversation about equity doesn't restart from zero every time.
Sessions are selected based on what your assessment surfaced, and your team hosts internal reflection sessions between them; the conversations that change a culture happen after the workshop ends and in practice with one another.
Most equity work stalls because organizations educate without assessing, or assess without implementing a concrete plan for change. The J.E.D.I. Learning Program does all three, in order.
By the end of our work together, you'll know how your people experience your workplace, your team will share language for addressing obstacles, they’ll possess knowledge on how to navigate challenges, and you'll have a shared plan.
This program has three phases, each building on the one before so that your organization has a major transformation that lasts.

Workshops & Trainings
I’ve taken the stage at the Midwest Fish & Wildlife Conference, the Wisconsin Association for Environmental Education, and the University of Minnesota Duluth, to name a few speaking engagements.
I speak to conferences, staff retreats, board convenings, and leadership teams about equity, environmentalism, power dynamics, and finding opportunity in the challenges organizations inevitably face. Audiences leave with language for justice and equity-focused work and a reason to believe change is possible.
More specifically, topics I speak to include gender equity in workplace culture, accessibility, workplace culture & conflict, navigating the polycrisis, burnout in mission-driven work, social enterprise & B Corps, and mediation and repair.
I also develop custom talks around your audience and theme, delivered as keynotes, plenaries, fireside chats, panels, or half- and full-day intensives, virtual or in person.

Keynotes & Speaking
For organizations in transition or those growing quickly, restructuring, recovering from a difficult chapter, or in need of more people strategy than their leadership team has capacity for.
For nearly a decade I built and ran Cream City Conservation overseeing hiring, payroll, policy, manager development, conflict, and the culture that held it together. I did this across a consulting practice and a Conservation Corps that put young people into paid environmental work.
Cream City became a Certified B Corporation, grew into a 7-figure enterprise, and was named to B Lab's Best for the World list in the Workers category, placing it in the top five percent globally for how it treated its people.
Now, I work inside your organization on hiring and retention practice, manager capability, policy and process design, conflict navigation, and the decisions that shape culture. This service is ongoing and scoped to what your organization needs.
Senior people leadership, embedded with your team.
Fractional Chief People Officer
My approach rests on a simple truth that systems are created and sustained by people. Real change takes more than a new policy or a one-day training.
It requires an honest look at how power and decision-making move through an organization, and a plan that leadership and employees implement together.
I lead every engagement myself and bring in a trusted team of facilitators and consultants when the work calls for it. Engagements run virtually or in person, with organizations across the United States.
Scope and investment are shaped by your size and what you're carrying.
Systems are created and sustained by people.
how i work
Private retreats are for an individual who wants the whole experience built around what they're navigating and the breakthroughs they desire.
Team Retreats are for a board or a team that needs to think together somewhere other than a conference room and desires the kind of creativity, relaxation, and expansion only travel can provide.
I design these around you, your people, your timeline, and what you're moving through.
Retreats can take place in the US and internationally. We can decide on a location together.
For teams, this can also include facilitated sessions on what's actually happening between you, so the reset isn't just rest but repair.
Four days for leaders, founders, changemakers, and people in transition. The Reset Lab is an opportunity to set down the weight of the world and come back to yourself. A reprieve and reset so you can pour into yourself as much as you pour into your mission.
We work with the four elements in an intentionally small group, to foster trust and intimacy.
No agenda to keep up with. No instructions. Every detail is held so your only job is to arrive.
I've spent two decades holding containers like this— Truth-telling circles, conflict transformation, restorative and somatic practice— and I lead this experience alongside an incredible team of healers that I've assembled.
Four days and four nights, fully all-inclusive.
